Organizations that have invested thoughtfully in a human-centric digital ecosystem are beginning to see value. Not only in member satisfaction and trust but increased revenue from digital branding and improved sales tools. But how do you establish such successful digital programs?
By centralizing your offering through one platform, customized to your specific needs.
With your own Digital Health Navigation Platform, you gain the opportunity to improve member health as well as your business model. Guide members to the right resources and relevant products seamlessly via related content or use smart recommendations to increase cross-sell opportunities. While the focus on member-health often leads to lower medical costs, your digital platform also gives you the insight needed to embed strategic links and implement targeted advertising to boost customer conversion.
A Harvard Business Review of Analytic Services revealed that 51% of organizations expect health benefits to be an even higher strategic priority than they are today. Another report by McKinsey and Company noted that payers may choose to adopt verticals such as digital health integration to lock in members and control medical costs. With one ecosystem for member transaction and engagement, you can facilitate targeted advertisements, expand your market, reduce administrative costs and improve the member experience. Not only a one-off experience, but an enhancement to improve your lifetime customer value – helping your clients keep their customers.
Join our webinar to find out how successful payers have identified winning approaches – leveraging marketing channels through their platform to strategically target prospects.
Are you ready to derive immediate and direct value from your digital platform and transform into an industry disruptor of insurance, technology and healthcare? We are.
