Presenters 

Marie-Ève Arnaud

Marie-Ève holds a multidisciplinary bachelor’s degree from HEC Montreal and a therapist certification in Counselling. With more than 20 years of experience in various companies, she decided in 2012 to reorient her career towards her passion: helping individuals improve their well-being. She coached more than a hundred young entrepreneurs through professional training programs and offered individual therapy as well as hosted wellness conferences. Upon joining our team she has contributed to many new wellness objectives.

Élise Laviolette

Élise holds a M.Sc. (Psychology), and a MC:AT (Counselling & Art Therapy).  Elise spent the first 10 years of her career as a human factors researcher with a focus on prevention programs for corporate clients and mental health agencies.  She spent the following 10 years as a mental health professional and public education consultant with local agencies and the Canadian Mental Health Association.  She currently works in private practice and as an EAP counsellor where she uses evidence-based approaches to help clients develop effective strategies to respond to challenging situation and to improve their psychological well-being. Elise also volunteers as part of a dog therapy team at Carleton University in Ottawa.

Jennifer Okhovat

Jennifer is a Sales Director at Novus Health and plays a key role in developing new business opportunities and supports the growth of our clients across Canada and worldwide. She has over 10 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry working with organizations to help promote health and wellness products, tools and services. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Management from York University and is based in our home office in Toronto.

Richard Lafontaine

Richard is a Business Development Manager at Novus Health. For more than fifteen years, he worked in a business development role representing innovative health & wellness solutions for physicians, insurers, pharmaceutical companies and employees in the workplace with the objective of improving the health of the Canadian population. He holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Québec. Richard is based in our Montreal office.
