Your health and well-being are important to you, but lately you find yourself struggling to keep on top of things. Whether you are experiencing pain, stress, anxiety, depression, or another chronic condition, you feel like your health challenges have taken control of your existence. They affect your everyday life and your work performance, but you want to avoid going on disability leave. You know it is about time you did something to feel better. You are ready to take back control over your health and well-being!

If this sounds familiar, the Stay Healthy at Work™ program is just for you. This program is designed to help you gain control of your health so that you can continue to live your life and enjoy what you do. Whether you have a diagnosis or not, if you are motivated to make changes, your health coach will be there to accompany you through the process. All you need is the willingness and motivation to change the status quo!

Your health coach is trained to ease you into a self-directed approach. They will guide you, providing you with reliable information and tools that will allow you to self-manage your condition and get the help you need. Through regular conversations and with the use of well-established motivational tools, you and your coach will work at your own pace in order to put a personalized action plan in place. Working on small, attainable goals will allow you to measure results and begin feeling in control faster than you would have imagined. What’s more, your coach will give you access to a myriad of health care professionals that can support you as you work to achieve your health-related goals.

If you are afraid the process may be difficult, knowing you are not alone will make all the difference. Your coach will also help you foresee potential obstacles and come up with ways to overcome them. Thanks to the Stay Healthy at Work™ program, you will learn to look at your health problem from an entirely new standpoint, breaking it into smaller, more manageable challenges.

As one participant wrote to their coach: “I would like to thank you for all you’ve done! I’ve changed, I’ve grown, and I’ve had so much fun, because you taught me the right thing.”

With Stay Healthy at Work™, the power to change can be yours too.
