Jamie brings more than 20 years of progressive management experience in both public and private health care systems and services, most recently as Chief Revenue Officer of HealthFleet, a digital health engagement platform. Prior to HealthFleet, he served as President of HumanaCare, an employee health services company that was acquired by CloudMD in 2021. A Registered Nurse by training, he has been a leader in the business of health care focused on delivering improved outcomes and exceptional customer experience. Jamie holds a BScN from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) and an MBA from Lansbridge University (now the University of Fredericton). He is based in our Toronto office.
Janet brings more than two decades of operational and client services leadership experience having served as a senior leader in employee health, hospital staffing, homecare and the broader health and wellness industries. Prior roles include Vice President of Operations and Client Experience at both CloudMD and HumanaCare and Director of Client Services at First Health Care. As Chief of Staff, Janet oversees teams focused on Service Delivery, Customer Experience, Product and Technology. She is responsible for the company's operations and ongoing transformation as well as for building high-value experiences for its customers, partners, and employees.

With a background in digital content creation and management, Lily J. Mills has been supporting Novus Health for a decade. Her primary professional interests are in English and French content production and management, as well as working with design, development, and quality assurance teams, managing the product development and release cycles. A production manager at heart, Lily has also been known to coordinate teams outside of work to produce short films, stage plays, podcasts, and conferences.
Mika Cressaty has been working in Novus Health Client Services since 2017. She is dedicated to supporting our team of Health Information Specialists and Nurse Coaches, and to providing superior quality care to our members. With a background in customer service, health navigation and technology, Mika strives to optimize service delivery workflows and ensure our team is working with the best tools around. Outside of work, she is an amateur musician, rock climber and weight lifter.
Mika holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from McGill University. She is located in our Montreal office.
Kunal is a Sr. Software Engineer and Team Lead at Novus Health. He is driven by continuous learning of new technologies and takes pride in removing bottlenecks and delivering the best possible solution to a problem. Kunal is a Centennial College graduate and a professional in the industry since 2007. He loves programming, experimenting with new tech and mentorship. He believes that ``You grow by helping others grow``.
Dr. Tran is an emergency and family physician with over 20 years of clinical experience. Dr. Tran completed his MD at Université de Sherbrooke. He also holds a MBA from Richard Ivey school of business, MHSc from the University of Toronto, a C.H.E from the Canadian College of Health Leaders, and an ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Dr. Tran was formerly the Medical Director of HumanaCare and Best Doctors Canada. He is currently the co-founder and President of the Canadian Physicians Pension Plan and the Canadian Professionals Pension Plan. Dr. Tran is an educator and entrepreneur at heart. He is a national and international public speaker with special interest in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Long-term care Medicine, Medical Cannabis and financial literacy for healthcare professionals.
Robin brings 45 years of experience in the health care, mobility insurance, and insurtech industries. Robin has focused his career on helping organizations reduce risk and connecting individuals around the world to the right health care services. Robin regularly participates in media interviews, seminars, and lectures worldwide. His expertise has been a valuable resource for governments, consumers, and the insurance industry—not to mention for the Novus Health team. Robin is based in our home office in Toronto and frequently travels abroad to assess the changing global health landscape and work one on one with our clients.
Pamela Kwiatkowski is the Senior VP of Distribution & Client Experience at Novus Health. For nearly 30 years Pamela has worked in the Life & Health Insurance Industry working with Insurers, MGA’s, Affinity Groups and Advisors to help grow and develop their distribution network through solid sales, marketing plans and strategic initiatives. Pamela is strongly focused on digital solutions that deliver products and services to the end user that result in an exceptional customer experience, and increased revenue for her clients.
Uncovering unique market opportunities and supporting our partners is what she does best. Facilitating communication between sales, marketing, operations and management to ensure all stakeholders are clear on the vision and mission of the organization. Pamela is based in our Vancouver office.
Mark is the Chief Information Officer for Novus Health. An experienced senior IT leader, Mark has lead various technology and IT operations teams across telecom, financial services, and technology sectors. He has spent over a decade designing and implementing advanced products and services, building innovative customer experiences that drive engagement and growth. Mark holds an honors Bachelor of Computer Science from Western University, as well as an MBA with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Jina Park is the Director of Corporate Strategy at Novus Health. She brings to her role two decades of experience working in the private, academic and public sectors. She has helped implement practical and effective strategies for organizations across various industries in India, South Korea and Canada. Jina holds an M.A. from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs. She is based in our Toronto office.
Aditi Dixit is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Novus Health. With over 5 years of experience as a manager, she is a precise and energetic marketing professional with a long game – a digital expert with success in 360º marketing in both B2B and B2C channels across South-East Asia, India and North America. Converting ideas into action, she works closely with sales and product to create deeper narratives within projects, unleashing brand experiences that win. Aditi holds a BA from George Brown College and a BFA from Concordia University.
Ines has been a part of the Novus Health family for the past 8 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in immunology and a master’s degree in Nursing Sciences, both from McGill University. Ines has been a nurse for over 20 years, most of them spent as a community nurse and team leader at community health centres in the greater Montreal area. She is passionate about health promotion and illness prevention, which makes her professional values and those of Novus Health a perfect fit.
As Director of Clinical and Wellness Programs she oversees a team of Health Information Specialists and Nurses. She ensures the optimal functioning of member services and programs, both at the clinical and operational levels. Most importantly she cares about her colleagues and treats them with respect and benevolence. She is a firm believer in great ideas being found outside of the box.
Ines and her team recently received the Jury’s Pick Award for Nursing Innovation by the Order of Nurses (ORIILL) for Novus Health’s Mental Health Nurse-Coaching Program. She and her team take great pride in their creative approach to member services.
Ines is the proud mother of two wonderful and very active adolescents and a not less active 5-year-old Alaskan Husky! She lives with her family in Quebec’s Lower Laurentians region and gets out to enjoy nature any chance she has.
Diana Hammond is the Director of Finance with over 10 years of experience in finance and operations in private sector companies. She has leveraged her experience in different industries to implement process improvements, improve financial plans, and create operational efficiencies. Diana holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University and is a Certified Professional Accountant holding a CPA, CMA designation. She is based in our Toronto office.
Meighan oversees project management at Novus Health. Her expertise is backed by her experience leading teams toward the successful delivery of projects on the service and client side of healthcare marketing, prevention, and health promotion in Canada, the US and Europe. Meighan is customer service and solution focused, having managed stakeholders in Canada, the US and Europe, and worked with project teams around the world. Meighan holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) ® certification and is an active member of the Toronto chapter of the Project Management Institute®.
Peter Bormann is General Counsel at Novus Health. Peter brings extensive experience in corporate finance, intellectual property, engineering, and operations. For the last decade he was focused on assisting high-growth and knowledge-based companies with all aspects of their critical milestone events and transactions, in both private and public company settings. Peter hold a B. Eng. (Industrial) from the Royal Military College, M. Eng. (Mechanical) from Carleton University, and LL.B. and MBA degrees from the University of Toronto. He is also a registered patent and trademark agent. Peter is based in our Toronto office.
Megan has made a career of building deep relationships and finding the right solution to enable her clients’ success through service and technology. She has worked with a diverse list of clients and partners across verticals leveraging her skill for translating challenges into practical solutions. Megan has led teams in large-scale corporate and start-up environments ranging from network solutions, travel, loyalty marketing and healthcare before joining the Novus team as part of the Near Threat Analytics acquisition.
Paul Methot is an award winning Executive and IT security expert with several successful exits and extensive experience in companies of all sizes. He has a track record for his creative approach, analytical thinking, and for assembling the best minds when he tackles any project. In recent years, apart from sitting on several boards, he developed groundbreaking new software for the medical cannabis industry, worked in blockchain and augmented reality. He also founded Near Threat Analytics which provides real-time threat detection around the globe using cutting-edge A.I.
Our Medical Experts
Michael Szabo is the Chief Medical Officer at Novus Health. He is an emergency physician at University Health Network in Toronto and a lecturer in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Szabo has over 20 years’ experience providing front-line medical care. He also has an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Dr. Szabo has an interest in preventive health care and the business case for corporate health and wellness. He is the former medical director of Magna International and has extensive experience with providing executive and concierge health care as well as expert medical second opinions.
Dr. Churchill-Smith is Chair of the Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer of Montreal Medical International Inc. (MMI) and President of its parent and sole shareholder, Optimal Health Care Foundation. He also serves as President of McGill University Health Centre International. An attending physician at the McGill University Health Centre and Associate Professor of Medicine at McGill University, Dr Churchill-Smith is currently developing an aviation medicine database and is involved in the clinical training of physicians in this field.
Dr. Anna Nowacki is a lecturer in the Department of Medicine, Division of Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto and practices emergency medicine at the University Health Network. She completed her FRCP residency training in Emergency Medicine at the University of Toronto and did her sub-specialty training in Global Health and Tropical Medicine at the Prince Leopold Tropical Medicine Institute in Antwerp, Belgium. Dr. Nowacki has been a medical consultant with Novus Health since 2017 with a special focus on website content development and end-user education. She is also a member of the Medical Advisory Board for the Medical Second Opinion.
Ines Puentes is the clinical coordinator at Novus Health. Ines holds a bachelor’s degree in Immunology and a master’s degree in Nursing Sciences, both from McGill University. In her 20 years’ experience as a nurse clinician and team leader at community health centers in the greater Montreal area, she has acquired vast experience in the implementation of health promotion and prevention programs.
As a clinical coordinator, she leads and works closely with the team of health information specialists at Novus Health to ensure the services and material delivered to clients is pertinent and reliable. She also works as health coach and nurse case manager for various programs within the organization.

Jennifer is a Sales Director at Novus Health and plays a key role in developing new business opportunities and supports the growth of our clients across Canada and worldwide. She has over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry working with organizations to help promote health and wellness products, tools and services. She holds a Bachelors degree in Health Management from York University and is based in our home office in Toronto.
Richard is a Business Development Manager at Novus Health. For more than fifteen years, he worked in a business development role representing innovative health & wellness solutions for physicians, insurers, pharmaceutical companies and employees in the workplace with the objective of improving the health of the Canadian population. He holds a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Québec. Richard is based in our Montreal office.
