This is our fastest iteration of the platform to date. We’ve re-architected the information management system, meaning it’s easier than ever to find the content you need when you need it. The platform provides a seamless experience across any customer touchpoint, such as web, mobile, and call centre support.

Interactive and multi-purpose

Our improved navigation platform offers interactive search tools and personal decision-making guides to help your members take control of their health and the well-being of their families.

Some of the functional highlights include the ability to find local health practitioners, specialists, hospitals, and clinics, alongside helpful guides for managing the challenges of a new diagnosis and navigating the local health care system.

This product is also the launch point for our wellness support products, such as our integrative health risk assessment and Stay Healthy @ Work health coaching program—an absence and disability program. These offerings can help members minimize health risks and address barriers to wellness in their day-to-day lives.

Fully customizable

Clients will find that the new digital navigation platform is fully configurable to fit their branding and messaging, providing a seamless experience for their members. It offers a fluid and intuitive venue to feature and promote the internal custom programs that clients are already offering, such as second medical opinion services, employee assistance programs, and physical activity support plans.

The platform also offers flexible member access options, so they can enter directly from a private member site with a single sign-on. Alternatively, members can access the portal through a unique domain where they can register for an account.

Digital products to increase member engagement

The new platform comes enriched with out-of-the-box business intelligence reports, decision-making tools and campaigning capability to increase member engagement. A complete suite of open APIs allows easy integration for third-party products to drive upselling/cross-selling.

Language duality and accessibility

The platform is available in English and French, with a focus on the Canadian health care system and the needs of Canadian health consumers.

As always, our wellness platform is supported by bilingual health information specialists who can help members navigate their options. And, of course, the platform is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile consumption methods.
